Fish nuggets with Just Panela
The question about panela is that when it’s cooked, it melts and has the ability to blend magically with almost any ingredient the chef wants. To prepare this dish you will need:
500 grams of white fish
2 cloves of garlic
½ cup of wheat flour
1 cup bread crumbs
100 grms of Just Panela
Pepper and fine herbs.
Boil the fish into water with garlic, onion, and pepper.
When it is cooked, it must be shredded until looks like mashed potatoes, add some fine herbs to give extra taste. Make small sticks or nuggets with it and take them to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Therefore, they must be coated in flour, then on the scrambled egg and, finally on bread crumbs. Fry them in vegetable oil for ten seconds.
Finally, melt the panela in water and when it is boiling add the lemon juice, and pour the caramel on the fish sticks.
